Greg was referred to us by a friend in the real estate business. He is extremely knowledgable about HVAC, and was willing to come to the Detroit area from Adrian to work on our home, which is almost 100 years old. He finished a job that a previous contractor messed up and did not finish. It involved a lot of work: properly reinstalling a whole-house dehumidifier, fixing a humidifier, installing fresh air ducting to a furnace, insulating several runs, installing register and return fans upstairs, closing off a return in the basement, installing a new thermostat, fixing the wiring on an existing thermostat, replacing the ballast on a UV air purifier and more. The contrast between the previous contractor -- whose work was truly shoddy and who took months to do an unfinished job -- and Greg, was stark. He also went above and beyond. For example, he noticed that a roof vent needed to be tarred, so he brought some tar and took care of it. He supplied a filter for the dehumidifier. He brought paint and caulked and painted where necessary on the register work. And he cleaned an air conditioner that I should have taken care of myself but neglected. No hesitation recommending him. Our call was returned promptly and a technician was able to come out same day. Greg was our technician and he was incredibly helpful and professional. He was able to replace a part on our central air unit on the spot. He walked us through every step ensuring we understood the process and reason for repair and how to preserve the life of our existing unit. He also offered some insights on our heating units, piping, and even identified a leaky waterline and directed us to a trusted resource to fix it. We are happy with the services provided and will definitely be calling in the fall to address our heating needs. **Added note: we do not personally know this family run business and found them through Google. Tabitha, being my first contact-very professional, and thorough, had an appointment for me within a few hours. Greg was awesome, very professional, and overall a nice person. My furnace was fixed, and he checked our other furnace just to be sure there were no glaring issues for the season.
On the price; so reasonable! I called other companies, and they cannot compete with Justice Pro Mechanical.

Greg was phenomenal and so was his wife when I called and told her my air conditioner was not working. She made me feel important and as if I was a friend, not just a paying customer. She set up my appointment and Greg was out here at the appointment time. He explained everything to me, was able to diagnosis the problem quickly get my air working and was so pleasant and kind during it. I will never call anyone else but them if I have any more issues. Greg and Tabitha were amazing! Great customer service, great people, and helped my family and I the day I called! Tabitha scheduled me quickly and couldn't be more thankful as my AC went out the day of a Surprise party at my house. Got home from work and our ac was not working, we have a 1 year old and it is 85 degrees, so I called justice pro and they got us in right away they was earlier than what they said and Greg was very kind professional and informative, within an 1 1/2 we got ac again, will definitely recommend them and will use them again if need be, thank you again for helping in such short notice and professional manner

Called for a freezing HVAC unit on Labor Day weekend. Greg, the owner, came out and for an extremely reasonable price and charged the unit.

In addition he followed up with dye to ensure we find the leak (it's slow) and confirmed we are very close to the end of our warranty so we need to work the problem quickly.

The follow up appointment was made on site and the entire experience was easy and professional.
